The catalog export integration test exceeds Vitest's default 10-second timeout on the self-hosted runner (job 2543). Give this test a dedicated 60-second limit while preserving every assertion and the default timeout for other tests.

Validation: full local suite passes with --maxWorkers=1 and coverage: 1,038 passed, 5 skipped. Typecheck and diff checks pass.
