Subject: [PATCH] Remove age verification checkboxes, keep Turnstile CAPTCHA

- Remove age verification (18+) checkboxes from register form
- Terms checkbox remains
- Turnstile CAPTCHA stays further down in form
- All TypeScript and biome checks pass
