Add bundled sound assets

Add a large collection of MP3 sound assets under Gamedata/bundled/sounds. Includes UI sounds (camera_shutter, credits, duckets, messenger_*, modtools_new_ticket), test.mp3 and an extensive set of sound_machine_sample_N files for sound machine support.
