openhands 17847545dd Improvements: remove dead config, fix ESM, add URL validation, unify types, add missing logging 
- Remove .prettierrc (dead config, Biome replaces Prettier)
- Rename lighthouserc.json to lighthouserc.cjs with module.exports for ESM compat
- Add logger.warn to empty catch blocks in auth, register, site-settings, prisma-cache, redis, security, rate-limit
- Unify ActionResult type: action-helper.ts uses 'ok' consistent with safe-action-shared.ts
- Add noUnusedLocals + noUnusedParameters to tsconfig + fix 25 pre-existing unused vars
- Replace barrel export src/types/index.ts with direct @/types/common imports
- Make trustHost conditional (development only) in auth.ts
- Add pre-flight URL validation to update-Nitrov3.sh to catch image.library.url misconfigurations
- Improve NITRO_IMAGE_LIBRARY_URL content validation in pre-flight & post-compute checks

openhands 1acace49d0 refactor: full codebase overhaul — dead code removal, env validation, logger migration, date consolidation, Prisma schema cleanup, button consistency, useEffect deps, test coverage 
- env.ts: added 10 missing Zod-validated env vars (imager, paypal currency, argon2/bcrypt params)
- Migrated 6 modules from process.env to validated env.* (auth, proxy-auth, paypal, password, redis, imager, moderation, alert, logger)
- Replaced console.warn/error with pino logger in 9 server-side modules
- Removed 50+ dead exports (SWF wrappers, coalesceHotelName, signIn, isStaff re-export, formatTimestamp, Skeleton/SkeletonCard, 4 unused housekeeping sections)
- Consolidated date formatting: 28 files migrated to shared formatDate() from @/lib/format-date
- Wired 4 radio/settings API routes through cached siteSettings service instead of raw Prisma queries
- Added getMany()/getAll() helpers to SiteSettings service
- Removed 88 dead Prisma model definitions (schema 2763→1846 lines)
- Created admin action-helper.ts with wrapAction() for standardized error handling
- Fixed useEffect dependency arrays in 4 data-heavy components
- Replaced raw btn CSS classes with shadcn Button component across admin pages
- Stripped dead i18n namespaces (common, pages.client) from all 22 translation files
- Removed 2 dead scripts (create-release.sh, check-local-imports.ts)
- Fixed knip.json configuration
- Added 7 new test suites: format-date, paypal, moderation, alert, webhook, action-helper, and fixed password.test.ts for env mocking
- All 358 tests passing across 72 test files
- TypeScript: 0 errors

SimoandCursor 3cb8b92cb3 Polish admin hub pages: drop duplicate headers, align CTAs and empties. 
Remove redundant titles under AdminHubChrome, style events/polls create flows with admin chrome + i18n, and standardize empty states / teams form classes.

SimoandCursor 0e89d03940 Finish fine-grained ACL across remaining admin pages and actions. 
Replace leftover requireStaff gates with module PERMS, drop hardcoded room rank thresholds, and expand contract tests so admin mutations cannot regress to dashboard-only checks.

openhands 928544100b Convert admin pages to new Tailwind design pattern 
- Replace 'card' class with 'admin-card' (gradient cards, dark mode support)
- Replace 'muted' class with consistent Tailwind muted states
- Standardize page headers with gradient backgrounds and Lucide icons
- Convert all inline styles to Tailwind classes
- Add admin-page CSS helpers (admin-card, admin-filter-bar, admin-section-title)
- Apply pattern to all 42 admin pages (was only 6 before)
- Zero TypeScript errors, production builds successfully

remco bd299be55d refactor: convert admin panel to Tailwind CSS 
- Convert admin layout, sidebar, and navigation to Tailwind classes
- Convert dashboard components (StatusCard, DiagnosticRow, etc.) to Tailwind
- Convert all ~48 admin page files from admin CSS classes to Tailwind
- Remove unused admin CSS from globals.css (973 → 712 lines)
- Convert developers page badges to Tailwind
- Remove <style jsx> block from OnlineUsersWidget

Simo 0de0ac6a3c Adapt + improve all admin pages to the new design system 
Swept the whole housekeeping panel (34 pages) so it's a consistent,
improved adaptation of the old Filament admin rather than bare tables:
- Live status tiles (StatusCard) summarising each page's data — counts
  and stateful metrics (users online, active/permanent bans, pending
  applications, settings, radio shouts, etc.).
- Status pills (admin-badge ok/danger) replacing ad-hoc text: online/
  offline, account/ip ban types, permanent vs timed, command OK/FAIL,
  alert severity & read/new, enabled/disabled, open/closed.
- Sections wrapped in .admin-section with h2 headers; redundant inline
  table styling removed (the global .admin layer handles it).
- alerts/logs/emulator hand-built as the reference pattern; the rest
  via parallel agents that read the schema and preserved every server
  action, query and field name.

Behaviour unchanged (same actions, queries, field names). Verified in a
real authed admin session (prod, amx_test): pages render with live data
(Users tiles show 7 real accounts + online/offline pills), no errors.
tsc 0, vitest 49/49, next build 0.

Simo e96b606e1e Add remaining public + admin pages (parallel build, 26 files) 
Built via two parallel agent workflows reading the real Prisma schema, then
integrated + verified.

Public: /shop (categories + storefront), /community hub, /rankings (top by
credits), /staff, /photos (camera_web gallery), /help (categories + rules),
/help/tickets (auth-gated user tickets + create), /settings (auth-gated, update
motto via RCON).

Admin: /admin/catalog (+[id] items), /admin/radio (shouts/apps/schedules +
delete shout), /admin/teams (CRUD), /admin/permissions (read), /admin/wordfilter
(CRUD + RCON push), /admin/ip (whitelist/blacklist CRUD), /admin/applications
(list + dismiss), /admin/logs (chat/command/alert read), /admin/achievements
(read). Server actions all staff-gated.

Header + admin nav extended. Verified: tsc exit 0, vitest 48/48, next build
exit 0 (33 routes); curl-probed every route — public 200/<main>, auth+admin
correctly 307-redirect when unauthorized.
