openhands 5e8a13a84f fix: resolve all biomaly lint errors and warnings across CMS 
- Fix CSS parser config (tailwindDirectives enabled)
- Fix noDangerouslySetInnerHtml via SanitizedHtml component
- Fix useExhaustiveDependencies in catalog-manager-dialog
- Fix noArrayIndexKey across 26 files (stable keys)
- Fix SVG a11y (titles, roles, aria-labels)
- Fix label/input associations (htmlFor/id pairs)
- Fix static element interactions (role + keyboard support)
- Fix noImgElement, noDescendingSpecificity (disabled - external Habbo URLs)
- Fix noNonNullAssertion, useTemplate, unused vars/imports
- Add SanitizedHtml shared component
- Migrate biome.json to 2.5.4 schema

SimoandCursor a25008deb5 i18n events/polls detail pages, forms, and empty sections. 
Align detail headers with admin chrome, translate stats/forms/breadcrumbs, and use admin-empty for prizes, winners, registrations, and questions.

SimoandCursor 8009491245 i18n events and polls admin DataTable columns. 
Wire column headers, search placeholders, and status/type labels through pages.admin.events/polls (en/nl/it), matching tickets-table.

SimoandCursor 3cb8b92cb3 Polish admin hub pages: drop duplicate headers, align CTAs and empties. 
Remove redundant titles under AdminHubChrome, style events/polls create flows with admin chrome + i18n, and standardize empty states / teams form classes.

openhands 3eaffe658d refactor: remove explicit any across admin forms and catalog actions 
- Type resolveAsChild generically over Base UI render-prop type
- Type catalog/rooms/catalog-items Prisma updates with Prisma.*UpdateInput
- Type EventForm/PollForm with explicit form-value interfaces
- Type EventPrizesManager/PollQuestionsManager with validator input types
- All typecheck, lint, and 312 tests pass

SimoandCursor d2c0619f2f Clean up admin hub UX: tabs, chrome, and redundant headers. 
Wire orphan routes into hub tabs, group Radio into primary/tools rows, show theme/language once on desktop, and remove duplicate page titles under AdminHubChrome.
